Work From Home leaving you with back aches? Shilpa Shetty has just the solution

With the nationwide lockdown extended till May 17, to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus, people have to stay inside their homes for a longer duration. For the ones, working from home, continously sitting at one place can result in back aches. Even for the people, who are not working, while staying at home and binge-watching their favourite shows for long hours, similar problems can occur.

Shilpa Shetty has the perfect solution for that. In her latest post, the actress revealed a few stretches that strengthen the back muscles and keep the pain away. The fitness enthusiast shared the video with the caption, “We’re living in some extreme situations right now. On one hand, there’s so much to do around the house while many are working-from-home, on the other hand, the excess free time keeps us seated for long hours with very little movement – a massive state of confusion for the body.”

It also relieves back pain & relaxes the back muscles, while opening up the lungs. Give your body a little activity so it doesn’t go into a state of shock in these testing times. In the clip, Shilpa can be seen doing various stretching exercises. The best part is that these do not require any equipment and are highly effective.

Shilpa has shared her yoga sessions with her fans in the past as well, urging them to stay fit.
