Cricket continues to be on hold amid the growing coronavirus crisis in India. The fourth phase of the lockdown in the country started from May 18 and will continue till May 31 but with some relaxations which were announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on May 17, the final day of the third lockdown.
The MHA has allowed the opening of all stadiums and sports complexes across the country but without any spectators which comes as a good news for cricket and sports fans in India.
But it remains to be seen how much time the different sports federations take to prepare and lay the groundwork for sports to resume in the country.
