Prassthanam actor Satyajeet Dubey heaved a sigh of relief after weeks of stress as his mother returned home on Tuesday after recovering from Covid-19. The actor’s mother was admitted to Mumbai’s Nanawati Hospital and was undergoing treatment for Covid-19.
On Tuesday (May 19), Satyajeet Dubey took to social media to reveal that his mother is back home and is Covid-free. He thanked people for their support and asked fans and followers to boost their immunity to fight the disease.
In a statement, he wrote, “Maa is home and she is Covid free now. We thank you all for the love and support you have given us in last one week. As I had mentioned before, it’s just a flu. All you have to do is boost your immunity. Stay safe (sic).”
Satyajeet shared the statement with the caption, “She’s home, she’s good. Told you never let a bully win (sic).”
A few days ago, Satyajeet revealed in an Instagram post that his mother tested positive for Covid-19. He wrote, “My mother was not well, it all started with severe migraine attack, high fever, excruciating body ache and we got her tested for Covid-19 and the result came out positive. She’s been kept under observation in an isolation ward in Nanavati Hospital and I’m sure she’ll come out better and stronger.”
Later, he shared an update on his mother’s health and answered questions he had been asked frequently by his near and dear ones.
Satyajeet Dubey was last seen in Sanjay Dutt’s Prassthanam. Apart from these two actors, the film starred Ali Fazal, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Panday, Manisha Koirala and Amyra Dastur in pivotal roles.
